Do you want to help us grow? To strengthen our team, we are looking for a new member to the team of legal representation of foreign collective investment schemes, either immediately or by appointment for our office in Bratislava.
Main Tasks:
- Manage clients from A-Z, maintaining active communication.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of Global Fund Regulations.
- Assist in preparing and submitting applications to European Financial Market Supervisory Authorities.
- Review and prepare fund documents for country-specific requirements.
- Upload fund documents to information platforms.
- Monitor European legislative changes and renewals.
- Prepare and review contracts related to distribution licenses of investment funds.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively engage with clients, ensuring their needs are met.
- Ensure compliance with Global Fund Regulations and facilitate regulatory applications.
- Manage fund documents, review them for compliance, and upload to relevant platforms.
- Stay informed about legislative changes and amendments.
- Prepare and review contracts for distribution licenses.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in fields like Law, Finance, Banking, or Investments.
- Upper intermediate level in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Precise, proactive, 'can-do' attitude.
- Responsibility and loyalty.
- Independence and the ability to conduct thorough information research.
- Confidence in direct communication with international counterparts and financial regulators.
- Experience or knowledge in collective investment schemes is advantageous but not mandatory, with training provided by Acolin.
